Erwan Jonchères is a lawyer specializing in technology law and the protection of personal information. With a master's degree in technology law from Université de Montréal, he developed his expertise first as a researcher at the Cyberjustice Laboratory before devoting himself fully to private practice as a lawyer. He founded the law firm Satoshi Legal in response to the growing need of companies to deal with privacy issues.
The author of numerous articles on the protection of personal information in Quebec and Canada, he is also a regular speaker at conferences and gives training courses for companies and universities.
