Tribunal administratif du Québec – dispute to a decision rendered by the CNESST in matters of Crime Victims Compensation

This service aims to provide information useful in the preparation of proceedings and hearings before the Tribunal administratif du Québec (TAQ), with regards to a decision rendered by the CNESST in matters of Crime Victims Compensation (Loi sur l’indemnisation des victims d’actes criminels) The service includes a forty-five (45) minute appointment with a volunteer lawyer, free of charge.

The service is available Monday through Friday from noon to 1:30 p.m., by appointment. Places are limited to those who have received a notice setting a date for their hearing before the TAQ.

Eligibility

To qualify for the service, you must

  • be representing yourself in court,
  • have received a notice from the TAQ setting a date for your hearing or conciliation session.
