The mission of the Interprofessional and Professional Development Committee (IPDC) is to:
Promote members' professional development by creating opportunities for business development and networking with other young lawyers and/or professionals from here and abroad, such as the Interprofessional Cocktail;
Offer training focused on the practice of the profession, such as the Colloque "Leadership avec un grand elle";
Create and strengthen ties with other young barassociations, whether in Quebec, Canada or abroad, notably by welcoming international guests during the week of the start of the judicial year.
