JBM announces four finalists for 2022-2023 Volunteer of the Year award
The Young Bar of Montreal (JBM) is delighted to announce the names of the four finalists for the title of JBM Volunteer of the Year 2022-2023.
Congratulations toMe Sébastien Girard, MeGrégory Lancop, MePatrick Laverty Lavoie and MeJessie McKinnon. These volunteer lawyers have distinguished themselves by their involvement, presence and exceptional dedication throughout the past year.The JBM would like to thank them and all the volunteers who contribute to the realization of its mission year after year.
The JBM will unveil the winner of the 2022-2023 JBM Volunteer of the Year award at its Annual General Meeting on May 25 at 5:30 pm. Come to the event to find out who, among these volunteers, has stood out the most!

Founded in 1898, the JBM brings together lawyers practicing in Montreal for ten years or less, with over 6,000 members. These young lawyers work in all areas of the law, making their mark professionally. They are the next generation of lawyers, both nationally and internationally. They form an influential group, committed to the community, and are destined to become leaders in all spheres of society. When it comes to public affairs, the JBM's mandate is to position itself as a key player in the popularization of current legislation.
