The Honourable Jean-François Roberge has been a judge of the Superior Court of Québec since November 2024, after having sat on the Court of Québec since 2020. He teaches CRA to judges in Québec and France. A specialist in dispute prevention and resolution (DPR), he was a professor at the Université de Sherbrooke and directed its DPR programs from 2008 to 2020. He was also a professor at the Université Panthéon-Assas in Paris. Called to the Bar in 1998, he has devoted his career to participatory justice and mediation. He was a member of NAFTA's Advisory Committee on Private Commercial Disputes. He holds a doctorate in law, a master's degree in dispute prevention and resolution (Université de Sherbrooke) and a master's degree in psychology (Université de Montréal).

Stefan Chripounoff is a partner in commercial litigation at Langlois Avocats. A member of the Quebec Bar since 2004, he focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution. He represents clients before all levels of the courts and in complex arbitration cases, notably in energy law, construction law, real estate law and shareholder disputes. Head of Langlois' Mediation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Group, Stefan is recognized for his strategic approach, tenacity and creativity in dispute resolution. He also chairs the DRP section of the Canadian Bar Association - Quebec Division, and is actively involved in promoting alternative dispute resolution, both in Quebec and internationally.
