The Member Interest Committee (MIC) aims to :
- strengthen and consolidate the ties between the JBM and its members by ensuring their interest is aligned with the JBM's values, including mental health, caring, diversity and inclusion, etc.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of relationships with current JBM members, and develop initiatives tailored to different backgrounds and years of practice.
