Notice of JBM Extraordinary General Meeting

The members of the Young Bar of Montreal (JBM) are convened to its next extraordinary general meeting, to be heldon Thursday, February 10, 2022, starting at 5:30 p.m. on a videoconferencing platform. The agenda is as follows:

1. Opening of the meeting
2. Reading of the notice of meeting and adoption of the agenda
3. Appointment of new auditors for fiscal 2021-2022
4. Miscellaneous
5. Adjournment

Notice of Special General Meeting including agenda

JBM members will then have the opportunity to ask any pertinent questions regarding the change of auditors or the affairs of the JBM. Only voting members are entitled to submit a proposal at the AGM. The text of any proposal by a voting member on a subject not already on the agenda must be forwarded to the Secretary-Treasurer at least five days before the meeting.
