The JBM recognizes the state of climate emergency unanimously declared by the Quebec National Assembly, and the importance of ecoresponsibility in the fight against climate change.

With this Declaration, the JBM adopts a series of commitments in line with objectives 12 and 13 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Program: raising awareness of the importance of ecoresponsible practices, encouraging responsible sourcing, reducing the production of food waste and single-use goods, and promoting the circular economy and sustainable mobility. These young lawyers work in all areas of the law, making their mark professionally. They are the next generation of lawyers, both nationally and internationally. They form an influential group, involved in the community and destined to become leaders in all spheres of society.
